Mechanism of action
Rabeprazole is an antisecretory compound works to minimize the production of acid in the stomach by inhibiting H+/K+ATPase system at the gastric parietal cell. Aceclofenac shows anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzyme which is used for increasing the rate of reaction of prostaglandin production a reason behind inflammation.
